DECLARATION AND UNDERTAKING OF THE GENERAL MANAGER OF ELDOMIR SRL REGARDING QUALITY
We are fully committed that in the company ELDOMIR Impex services be made in order that they meet a measure increasingly higher of demands and expectations of all stakeholders: society, organizations and NGOs, public services, legal persons and individuals, companies, local and foreign partners, etc.
To this end, the company ELDOMIR Impex has designed and implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
The quality policy is focused on fulfillment of the following objectives:
Customer orientation
The services and products we offer in the ELDOMIR Impex company must ensure that customer requirements and expectations are fulfilled, as well as compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
To meet this objective, expressed requirements, needs and expectations of our customers are analyzed and fulfilled in order to satisfy customer requirements.
This is our main concern in all activities we undertake.
Efficiency and effectiveness of our internal processes
Processes and activities conducted under ELDOMIR Impex must be conducted in accordance with the requirements specified in the regulations (laws, ordinances, resolutions and provisions) as well as quality management system documents (manual of integrated management, general and specific procedures). Compliance requirements should ensure the specific objectives of the processes through the efficient use of financial and human resources available.
Involvement and awareness of the ELDOMIR Impex Company`s personnel
Personnel performing activities that are influencing quality of service and products made in the company ELDOMIR Impex must be aware about the importance of the role and the implications they have on the activities carried out in relation to the objectives set and the overall performance of ELDOMIR Impex. Also ELDOMIR Impex management is aware that good results can be obtained only through the active involvement of all employees working in the company and, therefore, endeavor to ensure appropriate skills and training as well as motivation.
Continuous improvement of the quality management system and overall performance of the company ELDOMIR Impex
By continuously monitoring the processes and services produced, and by evaluating and analyzing the obtained results, causes are identified that generate deviations and noncompliance with specified requirements or objectives. Actions and measures initiated to eliminate them aim to continuous improvement of service performance and processes, as well as the quality management system implemented in the company ELDOMIR Impex.
The purpose of the integrated Management Manual and associated procedures (general and specific procedures) is to establish the rules by which policy is implemented and the strategic objectives set can be carried out. They constitute a guarantee, in front of all stakeholders, that the services and products offered by the company ELDOMIR Impex will satisfy their needs and expectations.
Each Department Director is required to make known their subordinate staff the content of the quality policy and strategic objectives of the company ELDOMIR Impex. They also have the responsibility to establish specific objectives specific to the entity that he coordinates, which ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
By this document I pledge to support maintaining the quality policy and ensure all necessary resources to fulfill strategic objectives including continuous improvement of services and performance of the quality management system implemented and maintained in the company ELDOMIR Impex.
