• In 1994, SC ELDOMIR Impex SRL was founded, whose main activity at the time represented milling and bread making.
• In 1995, we inaugurated the first fuel station in the town of Viziru.
• Growing cereals and technical plants emerged within the company in 1999, given the need for raw materials for the mill and bakery.
• In 1998, we opened the second fuel station, in the city of Insuratei.
• To the two stations, we added one in Tataru in 2000, one in Braila in 2007, culminating in 2010 with the opening of two petrol stations in the towns Ianca and Insuratei. Also in 2010 the brand HOLA appeared on the market.
• In 2009, we founded the Department of Services and Mechanization in Dropia, and in 2011 we inaugurated the offices also in Dropia.
